2.54mm Ejector Header SMT Type Overview
The 2.54mm ejector header in SMT type is a surface-mount IDC connector from Hong YiAn Electronics, combining latching ears with reflow-solderable leads for automated assembly. It provides a secure keyed interface without through-hole drilling.

Rated at 3.0A with 1000V AC/DC withstand capability, the header keeps contact resistance below 20 milliohm and insulation resistance above 1000 megohm. Brass contacts with gold or tin-over-nickel plating deliver reliable mating, and a PA6T glass-filled UL94V-0 insulator withstands reflow temperatures.
