A batch of custom aviation connectors left Shenzhen this week, bound for a long-standing Dutch client.
These connectors were custom-manufactured to match the client’s specific mating interfaces; they were not modified off-the-shelf models selected from an existing product catalog. Upon receipt, the client’s engineers will subject this small-batch sample to mating force, contact resistance, production line assembly, and durability tests.
If the tests are passed, the project will move into mass production; if any test fails, we will correct the issue during the small-batch phase rather than waiting until 20,000 units have been produced.
